I’m pleased to announce the release of my new children’s book, Cars Go Vroom! It’s a rhyming book for toddlers centered around cars, but also includes a subtle message about diversity. The illustrations were done by me.
A book like this is great for parent-child bonding time, and short enough that it will keep your child’s interest. It’s also good for early readers. As an educational tool, the book includes opposites, colors, numbers, and sounds. There is also frequent repetition of the hard letter “r”.
Why a book about cars? I love cars. I used to play with die-cast cars and radio-controlled cars as a kid. Even as a grown-up, I still love cars, but now it’s the full-scale, functioning type. Now that I have a kid and two nephews, I see how much they enjoy the same exact stuff. It was inevitable that I’d eventually make a book about cars or trucks.
